An initial consultation session with Dr. Fariba Clapper, our PGx certified Advanced Practice pharmacist.
DNA testing kit, including shipping and processing.
An in-depth follow up consultation with Dr. Clapper to review your test results and discuss next steps for you and your medication regimen. This can be done remotely or in person at our pharmacy in Roseville, CA. We’ll work behind the scenes with your medical provider(s) before and after this consultation to ensure our recommendations align with your medical needs.
A backup USB-drive with all of your genetic data in one handy place, including your test results just in case you need it in the future.
One additional (optional) follow-up call with Dr. Clapper. After our in-depth consultation, we want you to have time to digest the information, consult with your medical providers if you like, and come back to us with questions or concerns.
